CRoaring 4.6.1 has been accepted into unstable, so the packaging for
python3-pyroaring is now ready for review:

Pleasingly, the upstream test suite executes successfully in an autopkgtest.

This is now blocked on the update of CRoaring to 4.5.1 (see https://
bugs.debian.org/1122578) in unstable, for which I have raised a merge
request at https://salsa.debian.org/debian/croaring/-/merge_requests/3
with a view to an NMU. However, from local tests with my CRoaring and
python3-pyroaring packages, we seem to be able to run PyRoaring's test
suite without issue.
If and when the CRoaring update makes its way into unstable, I will tidy
https://salsa.debian.org/tti0/python3-pyroaring/-/merge_requests/1 so
that Salsa CI is passing and then look for reviews and a sponsor for
upload.
