I replaced all licenses by their canonical versions. It's all documented in a wip branch I created here: https://salsa.debian.org/sanvila/base-files/-/tree/wip-20260511-new-common-licenses?ref_type=heads I'm waiting for the Perl Foundation to provide an official txt for the Artistic-2.0, and also for some other changes I'd like to make for 14.1.
