The package is ready! I just didn't push it to Salsa yet because I wasn't sure whether I could co-maintain it with you — I didn't want to create a repository without your agreement first. Now that we're aligned, I'll open a repository in the Rust team's namespace, since the package produces a binary (devel). That seems the most appropriate place for it. Regarding the upload: since I'm part of the Rust team, I can ask one of the team members to sponsor it, so there's no blocker there. Also, to keep everything properly documented and avoid any questions from the DD who sponsors the upload, I'll reply to the ITP bug as well, so it's on record that we are co-maintaining this package together.
