The golang-github-cznic-lldb package ship upstream code from 2016 and appears unmaintained. It has no reverse dependencies in Debian. https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-cznic-lldb The upstream project moved into the modernc.org/lldb namespace long time ago, and thus this package shouldn't be used any more: Archived in 2018: https://github.com/cznic/lldb "github.com/cznic/lldb has moved to modernc.org/lldb" New namespace, should be in a different package in Debian: https://pkg.go.dev/modernc.org/lldb This removal request is part of a larger batch to remove 100+ unused golang-*-dev packages from Debian. I believe the QA cost associated with keeping all of them is larger than the cost of (hopefully extremely rare) re-introduction of any accidentally removed package if there is ever any future need for it.
