* Package name    : node-svg-parser
  Version         : 2.0.4
  Upstream Author : Rich Harris

  Programming Lang: JavaScript
  Description : create a JSON-friendly object from an SVG string

svg-parser turns a string holding an SVG document or fragment into a HAST
(Hypertext Abstract Syntax Tree) object -- the same shape that unified's
remark-parse produces for HTML, which makes it convenient to consume with
other unified-compatible tooling.

It is a dependency of @svgr/plugin-jsx, part of the @svgr toolbox that the
webpack build of the Zotero note editor (ITP #1148540) uses to turn .svg
files into React components.

The module has no runtime dependencies: the published UMD and ES builds
inline locate-character, the one module the single source file imports. Note
that the npm tarball ships only dist/, not src/, so the Debian package builds
dist/ with rollup from the sources in the upstream git tag.

I intend to maintain this package within the Debian JavaScript team.

Thanks,
Emfox
