Hi All, I was able to stop the endless loop during the windows boot by replacing the cpu flage mentioned in the bug report by -cpu host,ibpb,stibp,virt-ssbd,amd-ssbd,pdpe1gb,topoext After this change the vm starts also with gemu 1:11.1.0+ds-2.
