Then the other big chunk are the 19 crates of the OXC project (https://oxc.rs/), the "The JavaScript Oxidation Compiler" by "void0". Then the next big chunk (13 crates) is the SWC project (https://swc.rs/) that is (another?) Javascript compilter (or a "Rust-based platform for the Web"), for which there is a ITP (#991761). That leaves about 11 individual crates to package as dependencies outside of those big three projects.
