Hello I'm lost too
| AttributeError: module 'logging' has no attribute 'INFO' (consider renaming '/tmp/autopkgtest.Z0SHCo/autopkgtest_tmp/build/logging.py' | since it has the same name as the standard library module named 'logging' and prevents importing that standard library module) I tried many different ways but do not know how to do it. I'm not sure these 4 tiny doctest are worth the extra effort. If you absolutely want autopkgtest I fear you need to do it the old way: 1) dropping "Testsuite: autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild" 2) adding debian/tests/control with the correct one-liner That's a matter of taste; I would not even bother. Greetings
