Sorry, non standard ? Why ?
That's a clean build environment with default mawk installed.
mawk provides awk and is has a required priority.
gawk is optional. original-awk is optional.

So, if you want to use something else, please build-depends on it, or
explain me why I'm wrong.

You may replace --file by -f.

About the --verbose option for sh, that's just a bashism, so you may consider
this *part* of the bug as non-RC.
