Hi. FYI: I have just uploaded gettext 0.15 for experimental, so that people can start playing with it.
This release breaks blender 2.42-1 with this error: blender-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libgettextlib-0.14.6.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory So, in addition to looking at the output of objdump on blender-bin, you might want to check that this does not happen after building a fixed blender package under unstable.
