So why do you consider this a bug in libpam-cracklib, rather than a bug in
mueller7-mova/mueller7accent-mova?  There seems to be a very clear error
message here, originating within cracklib, claiming that the dictionary is
corrupt.  Why should this error message not be taken at face value?
