Hmmm, strange. I may have messed it up earlier but certainly not in
the update you mention:

The "Update PO files" was made with gettext utilities (msgmerge -U
<file.po> menu.pot). I wouldn't call this a rogue update..:-)

That means that the usage line in fr.po was already the same than now
and was not marked fuzzy...even though it did not have the "--version"
part.

No time now for getting the full log on that file (and anyway, that
would require online access which I don't have now).....there ahs been
an error at some moment, that's sure..:)

Yes, indeed. The only translation where that string was not marked
fuzzy while the "--version" is missing seems to be the French
one. This maybe comes from a too quick update in the past.

As far as I see other translations in the CVS correctly have this
string as fuzzy which means that translators should be careful
updating it.

I warned the French translator about this string. Thus, we shouldn't
have further mistakes.
