Sorry, I did not mean to imply that it was a recent regression. It was included (together with fc-cache and fc-match) in the earlier udebs. At some point they were all removed (about half a year back I guess); I don't remember the reason. Now it turns out we need fc-list in the Graphical Installer after all.
