package: synaptic version: 0.57.11 severity: minor Hi!
When I select a package with an '+b1' string in it's version/revision-string, I cannot show this package's changelog via synaptic's "Package/Download Changelog" menu option. I get the following error massage: Failed to fetch the changelog for evince URI was: http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/e/evince/evince_0.4.0-2 +b1/changelog Of course, this URI does not exist. What exists is: http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/e/evince/evince_0.4.0-2/changelog That means, without the '+b1' string. I think, synaptic should be able to determine if a package's version string contains the bin-nmu suffix and remove it when calculating the package's Changelog URI. Thanks for your effort!
