Package: realtime-lsm-source

I searched for a long time for installation doc, and one of the first places I
searched was in /usr/share/doc/realtime-lsm-source/ .
realtime-lsm wasn't even installed at that time, and I couldn't find any
installation doc. I think the doc should be in the source package, cause it's
the source that is installed, the realtime-lsm package contains only scripts.
