If you take a look at the patch in detail, you will see that it is
actually quite trivial.  The majority is actually just fixed
formatting.  The debian package is nothing like upstream (the source
has nothing in common), and my fix for this issue is not applicable to
upstream (only the debian package specifically).  Anyway, with at
least two months to go, and the base freeze not yet happening, I think
that there is plenty of opportunity to fix any issues that arise.

Thanks for your help. However, it's now too late in the release cycle to
be upgrading to new upstreams. As I've only recently taken over this
package, I'm going to postpone any non-trivial change until after etch's
release.
