gpg(1) says: --send-keys [names] . However, doing stuff like "gpg --send-key [EMAIL PROTECTED]" (or even: "gpg --send-key joe") won't work: it will respond with gpg: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" not a key ID: skipping . Changing the manpage to say --send-keys [key IDs] seems to be the solution for this bug. (At one point in time, before gnupg 1.4.1, one _was_ allowed to pass a "name" to --send-keys. Lot's of howto's still suggest that usage.) Thanks, Bye, Joost
