All I can say that it confused me that one more ice* package was pulled 
by an "apt-get dist-upgrade" one day after I got iceape this way, and it 
turned out it was not in any way related to the Mozilla project.

That's not about a strict naming policy, it's simply the fact that the 
name icedax will IMHO become a big source of confusion for users.

wodim was a good name, and there are many other possible names that will 
not cause any confusion.
