Package: console-data Version: 2:1.01-4 Severity: normal Tags: patch Hi, I've noticed that Cyrillic fonts (Cyr_a8x8.psf.gz, Cyr_a8x14.psf.gz and Cyr_a8x16.psf.gz in /usr/share/consolefonts/) miss the 'jo' letter ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yo_%28Cyrillic%29 ) both upper and lower case, instead they have a 'three lines' and a 'plus/minus' characters. It sounds weird to me, but at least two persons dispaly it so. I fixed the fonts and solved the problem, but if I'm wrong please let me know. My fonts are attached. Warning, I had to shift down the glyph of the upper case 'jo' in 8x8 because there was no space for the rounds on the letter. I hope my work helps.
