Here in the UK, "fulfil" is the correct spelling. That will be true for readers in many parts of the world. I believe US English accepts both "fulfil" and "fulfill". If that is so, you could make the change s/fulfill/fulfil/ in a couple of places, at least: ch02s02s02.html: fulfill the dependency.
