Make sure that you really have removed the .map and .cfg files, as well as all .afm, .tfm and .pfb font files in /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/ and c70song.fd. Then run texhash, update-updmap and updmap-sys again. I did all this; I'm attaching the output files from dvips and > latex. >From what I see, this means that dvips doesn't find the Type1 fonts from Wadalab and tries to make these fonts by itself (which is impossible, of course). Please purge and reinstall the Wadalab package and see what it gives. When everything works, dvips should create the PS output in a blink of an eye.
