Package: netbase
Version: 4.28
Followup-For: Bug #399293

After upgrading netbase to 4.28 and noticing the presence of /etc/networks,
I found that the stanza for 224.0.0.0 (broadcast network) is missing.

It might be a good idea to add it for completeness.
