Hello Joaquin, thank you for your bug report. I can reproduce the problem you describe with version 0.2-2, however in current version 0.2.3-1 the problem is solved. Your example gets transformed without errors, and the resulting pdf looks as expected.
Thus you may want to upgrade to the current version, which can be found
in the experimental archive (due to the etch freeze).
