On the first glance that looks like an empty message and this is extreme confusing. The broken key is shown in the lower left corner of the Iceape window, but this icon is placed on a very bad position to be noted. There is lot of room for improvement like o) inform the user explicitly if the decryption or signature verification of a message fails (e.g. pop up the "message security" window automatically) o) display the encrypted content of the message, o) use different icons for mails wich are encrypted and/or signed o) display the authentication state in the mail header window (the grey one) when it is folded, and not only when it is unfolded and drop the icon in the lower left corner (same for the signature icon) /re Gerald -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
