That's added by dpkg-shlibdeps. I guess I could technically omit them,
but that would need manual tweaking the generated shlib:Depends
because the dependencies on the DB libs (libpostgres-something etc.)
are needed.

I didn't claim that... I am also unhappy about the situation, but I
don't see a good way around the circular deps. I could set libyada4's
Depends: libyada-* to Recommends, but that doesn't really reflect the
importance of the dependencies *ponder*...
