Bug#415173: blobwars: add i18n support

Here it is a patch that adds fairly complete i18n support. It assumes
UTF-8 is used for translations. Parts that aren't translated:
      * console ouput
      * program error messages
      * save widgets, assuming the patch to force saving is applied

It would be better to decide now whether those "stylistic" spelling bugs
Josh filed shoud be fixed, before adding localizations.
