You have to make sure that the uswsusp script is run before the mdadm
one, but after the one that makes sure your swap is found.

I think if you move the uswsusp script to scripts/local-top/AAuswsusp
would do the trick. (untested).

Be careful to keep your old initramfs and make an additional boot
entry in grub (or lilo) that runs you new initramfs.
