Package: chise-base Version: 0.3.0-1 The package chise-db is Architecture: all, so it should be generated by the binary-indep target of debian/rules, not by the binary-arch target as it happens in the current version.
BTW: It is really a good idea to ship such large databases in the same tarball as the program itself? Consider that autobuilders have to download and unpack 12Mb of data, but the architecture dependent packages generated are just 26Kb in total.
