Package: tor
State: installed
Automatically installed: no
Version: 0.1.2.13-3
$ getent passwd |grep 109
debian-tor:x:109:109::/var/lib/tor:/bin/bash
Since I changed the owner of /var/run/tor to 109:109, the problem has
gone. I've installed tor long time ago from Debian, like several years
ago. I think postinst should check the ownership of /var/run/tor and
make proper change to it if needed.
