neither acpi-support nor laptop-mode-tools provides powerbtn.sh,
and acpid leaves the file behind. i haven't checked to see if
there are any other files in a similar state.

i see two ways of handling this:

- in acpi's prerm, for upgrades from << $version (where version
is 1.0.4-7 or so, if the conffile's md5sum matches that of the
default conffile, then remove it. this seems the standard
  method for removing obsoleted conffiles.

or,

- transfer the conffile to acpi-support and/or laptop-mode-tools
and let them fix the problem.
