Bug#409078: exuberant-ctags: python parse error after nested class in method if class

this bug was fixed in 5.6 upstream, though that release actually  
misses the tag for C in the submitter's example. that too is fixed in  
upstream SVN. (the fixes were by Elias Pschernig, not me.)
