tailor 0.9.28 is currently in unstable. I prepared a backport package
for etch I will upload to backport.org as soon as tailor 0.9.28 reaches
testing. But you can get it on my personnal repo :

(download tailor_0.9.28-1~bpo1_all.deb and install it with
dpkg -i tailor_0.9.28-1~bpo1_all.deb
