"Yes, report bug ###### as spam" would be better worded as: "Yes, report bug ###### contains spam (will be manually reviewed)" The problem with "as spam" is that it gave me the impression I would be flagging the whole bug as spam. However, I only wished to report that a bug contained spam. Furthermore, not knowing that the reports are manually reviewed, I did not want to commit myself to any action that would lead to automatically losing a valuable bug report, so I was inclined to not take any action until I asked around to find out how it worked.
