apt-upgrade produces the following result:
Installing from local file [stuff deleted]
md5sum mismatch install_flash_player_9_linux.tar.gz
The Flash plugin is NOT installed.
The file is correct, but it fails to install.
The REAL problem is that apt thinks that the file is "outdated". So
it should keep a list of old valid md5sums and notify the user that
"your copy of install_flash_player_9_linux.tar.gz seems to be out of
date. Please download a new version and retry" instead of saying
just "md5sum mismatch", which sounds like "your copy of the file is
corrupted".
