Alternatively, scdaemon could be moved into the gnugp-agent package.  The only 
component of the gnupg2 system that actually uses the scdaemin directly is 
the gpg-agent, the other components -- gpg2 and gpgsm -- use it via the 
agent.  So it would be more sensible for the scdaemon to be in the 
gnupg-agent packge than in the gpgsm package.
