Hi, To be more precise, when Polish locales are active xine strips the Polish chars and all chars that follow on them. See the attached image for example; missing parts of the words are marked in red.
What is suprising the bug applies only for xine menus and dialogs, but subtitles are displayed OK. ii xine-ui 0.99.5+cvs20070914-2 the xine video player, user interface Best Regards, robert
