I think that it's actually a bad idea to localize these options. Which
is why I made the change I mentioned after your report.

That drops "BasicAttachmentProvider" from the string to translate,
leaving "nothing" alone.

Actually, then, while your suggestion was to make these options
translatable, I prefer switching the other way and *not* make them
translatable at all.
