<F10>           open the menu

<arrow_left> let you walk through the different menus
<arrow_right>

<arrow_up> let you walk through the menu options
<arror_down>

Then inside an an Preferences dialog, you can use <tab>, <arrow_down> or
<arror_up> to walk through the preferences. now you need only <space>
to activate or deactivate an option.

Realy difficult  :-)  for a Windows $USER (I asume)
