There's a patch attached there, if you want to try it.
I'm currently building the driver with the patch. I'll tell you
tomorrow morning if that did kill my setup again or not ;-)...
For information, I didn't have any problem this morning with the
patched version, so it seems to work for my chipset. (VGA compatible
controller: Intel Corporation 82Q963/Q965 Integrated Graphics
Controller (rev 02))
Good to know, let me know if it fails again in the next days.
It looks like this patch fixes multiple bugs, so we'll probably
upload a new package with it in the near future.
