Hello.
When using [[table]] with the file parameter, updating the data file
does not re-render the pages which contain the [[table]] directive.
Also, I think it'd would be useful to have a parameter to disable the
link to the raw data (which may even not exist in the destdir), and it
would be nice if the mtime of the page with the [[table]] directive
would be the newest of its own mtime, and the mtime of the data file.
