This file actually belongs to cdd-common. So the problem most
probably belongs to the cdd-dev package. Feel free to foreward
this bug until I'll find the time to fix it (I'm currently traveling
back from Norway to Germany). A quick fix to work around the
problem will be to install the missing dependency cdd-common and
I will find out why it is not listed as a dependency actually.
