Dear Giridhar,

While I accept that what you say is logical, I am still a bit
reluctant to do so, since the package itself, is quite small, and I am
pondering about whether it warrants a separate deb for the dbg as well
(which is < 200KB now). In my opinion, if someone does install the
libflickcurl0-dbg, she/he would use the libflickcurl0-dbg package to
debug the library and figure out that the bug is in the executable, I
guess.

However, if you insist that this causes confusion and is not right,
I'll consider adding this functionality.
