Package: dnsmasq
Version: 2.40-1
Severity: wishlist

Please add an option in /etc/default/dnsmasq to configure dnsmasq to avoid
starting at boot, as other packages have, like /etc/default/bootlogd or
/etc/default/dbus. But yes, Debian needs an homogeneous system like Solaris
SMF for this sort of functionality.
