Thank you for sending this to us. The script used at FOSDEM is very similar in 
nature, but a little less flexible than yours (you need to edit the script 
itself for some of the parameters).

I think this would be very suitable to include. I have one question though: 
it's currently licenced GPLv3. There are already two different licences for 
the scripts in signing-party: GPLv2+ and BSD. To keep things simple I would 
very much prefer not to add a third one to that. So my question to you is: 
would you agree to relicence under either GPLv2+ or BSD? If not there's no 
real problem of course.
