Independent of the "Quality" setting in soundconverter, the generated
mp3's seem to become 128 kbit VBR. (Alsaplayer alternates between 128
kbit and 112 kbit on my test file, and the file size is similar; I tried
both the lowest which should be 96k and the highest setting which should
be 256k or more.)
