Package: jed Version: 1:0.99.18+dfsg.1-9 Severity: important When I run 'jed' and my $TERM is set to 'rxvt-unicode', it appears to hang. ps lists the process 'jed' as using memory, but nothing displays in the terminal. It works fine when my $TERM is set to xterm, even if I'm actually using rxvt-unicode - but not if my $TERM is set to rxvt.
rxvt-unicode doesn't function well with my $TERM set to 'xterm' though, and this seriously affects my ability to use jed. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-3-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages jed depends on: ii jed-common 1:0.99.18+dfsg.1-9 S-Lang runtime files for jed and x ii libc6 2.7-6 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgpmg1 1.20.3~pre3-3 General Purpose Mouse - shared lib ii libslang2 2.1.3-3 The S-Lang programming library - r jed recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
