Package: squid3-client

The squid3-client binary built from the squid3 sources is simply an
updated binary of squidclient built from the squid2 sources.
While there are still some issues over the core Squid releases, this
helper has a clear 2.x->3.0->3.1 upgrade path. It operates in a manner
that is back-compatible and independent of the squid/squid3 release
confusion.
So there is no need for a separate squid3-client package to exist.
The squid3-client package and binary for Debian should be called simply
'squidclient' and supersede the 2.x helpers by that name.
