Package: libsane Version: 1.0.19-4 amd64 Debian lenny With libsane 1.0.19-4 (amd64) my Epson DX5000 scanner isn't recognized, scanning with xsane is not possible (root and normal user).
With downgrade to libsane 1.0.15-9 it works perfect, scanning with xsane is possible (as root and normal user in group scanner). sane-find-scanner output: found USB scanner (vendor=0x04b8 [EPSON], product=0x082b [USB2.0 MFP(Hi-Speed)]) at libusb:004:005 scanimage -L output: no scanner found With old version libsane 1.0.15-9: scanimage -L output: device `epkowa:libusb:004:005' is a Epson Stylus CX4900/CX5000/DX5000 flatbed scanner Is this a new bug in libsane 1.0.19-4 amd64 or isn't my scanner Epson DX5000 supported anymore?
