This is affecting me as well however it breaks even when I'm not using
symlinks. All PHP files are stored in /var/www/sites/<sitename>/web/ and
yet suphp moans:
[Sat Apr 19 09:36:24 2008] [error] [client 79.74.202.163] SoftException
in Application.cpp:499: Directory /var/www is not owned by oziris
[Sat Apr 19 09:36:24 2008] [error] [client 79.74.202.163] Premature end
of script headers: index.php
But, why would it need to be? If I set it to be "oziris" then all my
other user websites break. This would seem to break the whole idea of suphp.
I've rolled back to the previous version at present.
