Hi, I would also need a Qt4 version of soqt in order to build FreeCAD ( http://juergen-riegel.net/FreeCAD/Docu/index.php?title=Main_Page ) with debianized libraries.
Changing the package to Qt4-only would be trivial. There does not seem to be any packages in Debian depending on the soqt libraries, so changing to Qt4 would not break anything in the archive. Another option would be to build two sets of packages from the same source, one with Qt3 and the other with Qt4 support and have the packages conflict with each other. This would not be that much work either. The most general option would be to have two packages which can be installed concurrently, but this would probably be quite a lot of work and involve modifying the upstream source as well. Would the two conflicting packages solution be acceptable? Do you accept patches? Best, Teemu -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
